What war and AI cannot take from us.

When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.

In times where artificial intelligence reigns and war prevails, I take a moment to think about kindness and the capacity to love — characteristics inherent to human beings — which cannot be replaced by any technology or defeated by any weapon.

They say there are more good people than bad. I like to believe that there is more good than evil in this world.

I'm not one of those people who go to mass, but if there's one thing I agree with the Catholic Church on, it's seeing the commandments as universal rules for living together:

• Thou shalt not steal

• Love your neighbor as yourself

• Thou shalt not kill

  
  

And on this last point, you don't need to have a weapon in your hands. As humans—unlike any other animal—we can inflict fatal wounds simply by opening our mouths.

This is where language takes on a profound dimension.

I'd like to share an idea for reflection: "What is the language using us for?" This question, posed by a 20th-century Scottish poet, suggests that language is not just a tool, but something that shapes our human experience. It uses us to exist, define our identity, and create our reality, often beyond our own conscious awareness.

In the workplace, language also comes alive and becomes a true game changer . Knowing how to communicate, choosing the right words, and understanding when to use them can significantly increase your credibility and success in business.

Therefore, language is an art that we must polish.

Because words without emotion are empty. And as long as a robot lacks a soul and a heart, it can never replace an interpersonal relationship between two human beings.

There is a mantra that accompanies me everywhere. It accompanied me during childbirth, in the mountains, in moments of sadness and weakness, and also in moments of joy and celebration:

I AM THE MAGNIFICENT ELECTRONIC ENERGY THAT ENTERS, FLOWS AND RENEWS EVERY CELL OF MY BODY AND MIND, ELIMINATING EVERYTHING THAT IS NOT SIMILAR TO IT, RIGHT NOW.

Remember that in the end, between algorithms, words and decisions…the only thing that truly defines us is how we choose to love, communicate and live.
